Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high shipping volume. We appreciate your patience.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at toolsbyhenry@gmail.com and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.

Currently shipping to

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories), the United Kingdom, and Australia.

International orders

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Australia may be subject to customs processing, import duties, or taxes, which are set by your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. International delivery times may be longer than domestic delivery and can vary depending on customs clearance.
